It can be rare to find a company where the employees truly take pride in their work. Eye Care Center of Northern Colorado found an easy workaround to the problem: Its physicians own the company.

And come July, folks in Loveland and northern Colorado won’t have to drive as far to receive excellent eye care, because that’s when their new office at 5250 Hahns Peak Drive, Suite 180, in Loveland opens.

“For many years, Eye Care Center of Northern Colorado has been committed to providing world-class eye care close to home for the communities we serve,” according to a clinic representative. “As Northern Colorado continues to grow, we recognized an opportunity to better serve patients in Loveland and the surrounding areas by expanding access to our physicians, surgeons, and specialty eye care services.”

As with any business, the three most important factors are location, location and location.

“Our goal is to make it easier for patients to access comprehensive ophthalmic care without traveling outside of their community,” according to the representative. “The new Loveland location allows us to bring services closer to where our patients live and work while continuing to deliver the same level of personalized care and clinical excellence that has defined our practice for decades.”

The Loveland office is set to provide comprehensive ophthalmology and specialty eye care services, giving patients access to a broad range of medical and surgical eye care.

“Patients will have access to services including cataract evaluations, glaucoma management, cornea care, retina services, and comprehensive eye examinations,” according to the clinic representative. “By bringing multiple specialties together under one roof, we can provide a seamless patient experience while ensuring patients have access to highly specialized care when needed.”

Five doctors with a wide range of specialties have been selected to serve the new office. They are: Matthew Manry, MD (surgical and medical retina specialist), Carl Noble, DO (surgical and medical retina specialist), Mansi Parikh, MD (cataract and glaucoma specialist), Micah Rothstein, MD (cataract and glaucoma specialist), and Jared Peterson, MD, who is a cornea, cataract and refractive specialist set to join the team in September.

“The physicians selected to provide care in Loveland were chosen based on patient demand, specialty needs, and our commitment to offering a broad range of services within the community,” the clinic representative said. “The Loveland office will operate as part of our hub and spoke practice model. All our physicians will continue to practice across multiple Eye Care Center locations while dedicating scheduled clinic time in Loveland. This approach allows us to bring a diverse group of specialists to the community while maintaining continuity of care across Northern Colorado.”

And, as with any new location, the Eye Care Center of Northern Colorado will continue to evaluate patient needs and community demand as the office grows.

“While we are launching with a robust offering of comprehensive and specialty ophthalmic services, we anticipate opportunities to expand additional services over time,” the eye care representative said. “Our approach has always been to grow thoughtfully and responsibly, ensuring that any new services are supported by the right physicians, technology, and patient demand.”

While the center may be new to Loveland, the organization has been providing care to patients across Colorado for many years.

“Eye Care Center of Northern Colorado has been serving Northern Colorado for more than five decades, and our mission remains unchanged: to preserve and improve vision through exceptional patient care, innovation, and clinical excellence,” the representative said. “As healthcare continues to evolve, we remain committed to investing in our patients, our team members, and our communities.

“The opening of our Loveland office is just one example of our continued focus on expanding access to high-quality ophthalmic care while maintaining the personalized approach that has always defined our practice.”

And, as mentioned above, physicians with Eye Care Center of Northern Colorado take an extra level of pride in their work, knowing they’re a part of the entire organization’s ownership.

“What sets Eye Care Center of Northern Colorado apart is our commitment to combining world-class clinical expertise with the personalized care of a physician-owned practice,” the representative said. “We believe patients deserve access to leading-edge technology, highly specialized physicians, and compassionate care close to home.

As a result, the center can offer a wide range of care across multiple specialties.

“As one of the region’s largest independent ophthalmology practices, our physicians work collaboratively across specialties to provide comprehensive medical and surgical eye care throughout every stage of a patient’s eye health journey,” the representative said. “We are proud to remain physician-owned, allowing us to focus first and foremost on patient outcomes and the needs of the communities we serve.”

With all that in mind, the Loveland office was designed with patient comfort, efficiency, and accessibility in mind, allowing the center to continue delivering the high-quality experience its patients have come to expect.

“We are incredibly excited to become part of the Loveland community,” the representative said. “The new office represents more than just a new location, it reflects our long-term commitment to investing in Northern Colorado and ensuring patients have convenient access to exceptional eye care for years to come.”
